SRINAGAR, (SANA): The Jammu and Kashmir Liberation Front (JKLF) has expressed serious concern over the continuous imposition of curfew in the Valley.
“People are facing serious economic and food crisis due to continuous curfew. It has given rise to the shortage of medicines and other essential commodities in the Valley,” the vice-chairman of the JKLF, Bashir Ahmed Bhat said in a statement.
He alleged that the police and CRPF troopers were barging into the residential houses beating the inmates, including women and children, ransacking their household belongings and breaking their doors and windows.
Bhat strongly condemned the use of indiscriminate forces by the forces at Trehgram in Kupwara district, the birth place of JKLF founder Shaheed Muhammad Maqbool Bhat.
